Renting at Linville Ridge is a great opportunity to experience life on the ridge.  While renting on the ridge, guests can enjoy the best of The Ridge, including golf, tennis, croquet, bocce, pickleball, state-of-the-art fitness training, a full-service salon and day spa, concierge services and exquisite dining by purchasing a temporary club membership* for the extent of their stay.

All of our homes are privately owned residences and are subject to a 30-day minimum lease agreement.  

* A month minimum temporary rental membership is limited to a one-time purchase for one season (May through October).

We hate for the season to end, depression starts when we think about leaving. We came back during the winter last year for Christmas with an army of kids and grandkids and had a blast sledding, walking in the snow, and skiing at the local ski resorts, Sugar and Beech. We enjoy the winter season as well as the warmer spring, summer and fall months. Our entire family is extremely happy we decided to purchase a home here. – Carolyn Wax
